By accessing and using AdaptHome.vet ("the Service"), operated by Formation Labs LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
AdaptHome.vet provides a free cost estimation tool for veterans planning adaptive housing modifications. The Service includes a cost calculator, VA grant program recommendations, a contractor directory, and related educational content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Cost estimates generated by our calculator are for planning purposes only and are not guarantees of actual project costs. Actual costs may vary significantly based on site conditions, contractor rates, material costs, and project complexity.
VA grant recommendations are informational only. Grant eligibility and approval are determined solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We do not guarantee eligibility for any VA program.
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when submitting forms
- Not attempt to access data belonging to other users
- Not submit false or misleading contractor listings
- Not use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
Contractor Directory
The contractor directory is provided as a resource to help veterans find qualified contractors. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by AdaptHome.vet or Formation Labs LLC.
Veterans should independently verify contractor licenses, insurance, references, and qualifications before entering into any agreement. AdaptHome.vet is not responsible for the quality of work, pricing, or conduct of any listed contractor.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formation Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any decisions made based on information provided by the Service, or any contractor interactions facilitated through the Service.
