Veteran Lead Form (Southern California)
If you are in our Southern California service area and choose to request contractor matching, we collect:

- Preferred contact method
- Additional project notes (optional)
- Your calculator results (modifications selected, estimated costs, recommended grant program)
Contractor Directory Submissions
Contractors who submit their business for listing provide:
- Business name and contact person name
- Business email and phone number
- State of operation
- Specialties and VA certification status
Expansion Waitlist
If you sign up for our expansion waitlist, we collect your email address, state, ZIP code, and whether you are a veteran, contractor, or both.
How We Use Your Information

- To match veterans with qualified contractors in their service area
- To process and review contractor directory submissions
